To qualify under current Medicare rules, you generally need to have had a face-to-face appointment with the same practice (or a referring practitioner) within the last 12 months. This is a Medicare requirement, not a K-Doc or CBD Medical policy.

Your eligibility and any applicable rebate will be confirmed when you book through CBD Medical's HotDoc system.
