Choose an upcoming appointment from the available times. You'll be asked a few quick questions about what the consult is for — this helps Dr. Kwon prepare and means you spend the consult itself on what matters.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with a link to join the video consult and a short pre-consult form to complete before your appointment.
If you have a referral, a previous prescription, or any test results to share, attach them to your pre-consult form so Dr. Kwon has them on hand.
At your appointment time, click the link in your confirmation email. The video consult opens in your browser — no app to install. Use a quiet room, headphones if you have them, and a stable internet connection.
Consults are typically 15–20 minutes. You can request the consult in English or Korean when you book. Dr. Kwon will discuss your concerns, ask relevant questions, and recommend a plan together with you.
If Dr. Kwon thinks you need a physical examination, an urgent in-person assessment, or something outside the scope of telehealth GP care, she'll let you know during the consult and help you find the right next step.
Any prescriptions, medical certificates, specialist referrals, or pathology requests are prepared during your consult and emailed to you shortly after — often before you've closed the video call.
e-Scripts arrive as a secure token by SMS and email — show the QR code at any Australian pharmacy. Certificates and referrals are digitally signed PDFs you can forward to your employer, specialist, or anyone else who needs them.
After your consult, you can send a secure message through the patient portal for short follow-up questions about your treatment plan, results clarification, or related concerns.
For anything new or for a more detailed conversation, you can book a follow-up consult. Because K-Doc is a single-practitioner service, Dr. Kwon already has your history — she doesn't need to start from scratch each time.
